Yoga Loft is a boutique yoga space rooted in traditional practice and the living lineages of Ashtanga and Vinyasa Krama. It is a place for students who wish to explore yoga as a discipline rather than as a fitness activity, and who are curious about how practice can inform and support daily life.

The studio is located in a quiet attic space at Craft Renaissance, just outside Usk, surrounded by rolling green countryside. Set away from the pace of town life, the space offers a sense of simplicity and stillness that naturally supports focus, reflection, and sustained practice.
