Experience the Marjara Krama led class, focusing on strength and stability through a therapeutic practice that utilises props. Each session is individualised, with modifications and hands-on adjustments ensuring that while the class is guided, students adapt poses to suit their unique needs. Join us to cultivate resilience and mindfulness in a supportive environment tailored just for you. Props provided Mat - provided, however encouraged to bring your own Blanket - provided, however encouraged to bring your own. Towel - please bring, this is required if you would like to receive hands-on adjustments
Cancellation Policy
This is to inform you of our terms and conditions for online classes booked or attended by you, the customer, and Michelle Nixon Yoga. By participating in classes you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions for Studio Classes – All physical postures instructed by the teacher are to be undertaken by you with sensible judgement, if something feels painful, don’t do it. Trust your inner guidance, and listen to your body. Risk of injury within the context of yoga is minimal, but when you are moving your body, there is always a risk. – By participating in private yoga classes, you agree that you are physically able to practice yoga and that Michelle Nixon Yoga is not responsible or liable for any personal injury, accident or loss to personal possessions. Cancellations – Cancellation policy for classes is 24 hours notice. If cancelling within the 24 hour period the full amount of the class will be charged. – If we need to cancel a class which you have paid for in advance we will refund you the full amount or offer a transfer.
