Self Practice 6 Week Programme (Online)
Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30am-8.30am
Service Description
Deepen your personal yoga journey with our six-week online self-practice programme. These sessions are designed to support students learning Lion Cub (Marjara Krama) or Moon Sequence (Chandra Krama), as well as practitioners who already have an established Ashtanga Primary Series practice. This programme offers a space each morning to build consistency, confidence, and ease in your developing sequence. You may begin your practice at any time within this two-hour window. As you start, your practice may naturally be around one hour; if so, you’re welcome to join at 6:30am or 7:30am. An earlier start is always encouraged—traditionally, the early morning hours are the most supportive and peaceful time to practise, before the world begins to stir.
